Rachel has won the University of Canberra National Composition Competition for her composition 'Canberra'. The winning composition was performed by a string quartet at a presentation ceremony held at the University in October. It will be used for years to come at ceremonial and other official events in Canberra and in December will be performed at the Great Hall at Parliament House as the feature theme for the annual three days of graduation ceremonies.

Rachel has been nominated for an APRA-AGSC Screen Music Award in the 'Best Music for a Short Film' category with winners to be announced at the Awards night at the City Recital Hall Sydney on November 3rd.



16th February 2008

Rachel has won an MPSE Golden Reel Award for her music editing work on the short film SHOT OPEN.
