SHOT OPEN - 2007 (Composer) Short
Hunted and in a strange land, an exiled Polish thief (Aden Young) struggles to get to Sydney to start a new life. When he takes refuge with a young woman (Maeve Dermody), his understanding of the world, and his role within it, is permanently altered.
The score was composed to weave in and around the sound design. The haunting musical palette is a moody, textural blend of eery, metallic sounds of the waterphone, Tibetan singing bowls, viola effects, electric guitar, heavily reverbed piano and an insistent percussive underlay. |

Caitlyn (Alycia Carey), a 14 year old girl struggling to find her own identity, is presented with the possibility of answers when she stumbles upon her estranged mother Rosa (Tanja Bulatovic). But they may be answers she's not ready to hear.

THE CHOCOLATE CLOSET - 2007 (Composer) Documentary
The Chocolate Closet is a documentary exploring one girl's love for chocolate and her battle to end or embrace her addiction.
The score is based around two themes which depict the characters' opposing experiences of the real world versus the dreamy fantasy world of chocolate. The fantastic dreamy, chocolate world features glockenspiel, celesta, bells, piano, harp and clarinet.
